What is double exfoliation?
Double exfoliation is a process of using two different exfoliation methods to reach the root of acne bacteria.
Acne bacteria resides below the surface of your skin so just using surface-level products won't work at combating the cause and will lead to minimal, unsatisfied results.
How does it all work?
You use SURFACE first which is our ACNE PREP. You only need a pea sized amount. Once you cleanse, pop on SURFACE and let it sit for 10 minutes to activate. Gently wash off with luke warm water and apply DEEPER and you're done.
Pro tip: pop SURFACE on then hop in the shower. Wash it off once you're done your shower.
Will this strip or dry my skin?
Absolutely not! Whilst it is a two part exfoliation, we have expertly formulated our products with deep nourishing properties, so it is a potent multitasker that inhibits acne at its root whilst deeply hydrating skin. This builds a strong skin barrier, which promotes long-lasting clear skin.
Where does this sit in my routine?
Formulated by renowned former ASCC president, these two products are designed as a deep exfoliation and hydration treatment and, therefore, are to be used at night twice a week. We recommend cleansing before the Surface treatment and using nothing but SPF for the following 24 hours.
