We have a 30-day return policy.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note that the customer is responsible to pay for postage and that they solely assume any risk of lost, theft or damaged goods during transit and therefore we advise that customers insure their parcel. ISOOSI will not be responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit if the customer chooses not to insure.

Unfortunately we don't. Please return your item unused and in its original condition and if your return is accepted, you will be issued a refund.

You can then make a separate purchase for the new item.

Please contact us immediately if your order is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so our customer service team can correct the issue.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. It can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
